Welcome to Sabiha Fashion House ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. Your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
Order & Payment
- All online orders are subject to confirmation. A confirmation call or message may be made by our customer care team before processing.
- For certain orders, depending on order value or customer history, we may request an advance payment of a portion of the order value or delivery charge via bKash or Nagad.
- All parcels are quality and quantity checked before dispatch.
- Sabiha Fashion House reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, with a full refund if payment has been received.

Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to love every purchase. If you are not satisfied with the quality or size of a product, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order via phone call or email.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Exchange or return requests must be completed within 7 days of notification.
- We will aim to resolve your issue within 7 working days of receiving the returned item (up to 10 days for outside Dhaka).
- Items in original, unused condition with tags intact
- Defective or damaged products upon arrival
- Products different from what was described or ordered
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Combo or set products (individual items cannot be returned separately)
- Products sold under any Sale or Discount offer, unless defective
- Lingerie, accessories, or watches (unless defective)
Return Delivery Charges
- You received a defective or damaged product
- The product delivered is different from what was described or ordered
- Size or fit issues
- Change of mind after the product has been delivered
Refund Policy
Your money is safe with us. Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- If we are unable to deliver the ordered product.
- If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement.
- If a different product was delivered.
- After a confirmed return, if you prefer a refund over an exchange.
Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 working days after we receive the returned item. Mobile wallet refunds (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) will be returned to the original account. If the customer cancels an order due to a change of mind or other personal reasons, Sabiha Fashion House reserves the right to deduct applicable charges.

Delivery
We currently deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery timeframes and charges vary depending on your location and order size. Our team will confirm delivery details at the time of order confirmation.
We are also preparing to offer international delivery in the near future, Insha'Allah.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Sabiha Fashion House. Reproduction or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
